An amazing rooftop deck with TV, couch, lounge, fire pit dining table and BBQ. Parking includes a tandem split driveway in addition to off-street parking. Garage for storage.Two sets of linens, bath towels, beach towels & beach chairs are provided. All utilities are included (Wi-Fi, electricity, cable, water, sewer, trash). Small pet considered with an additional deposit. Just a short walk to Redondo Pier, restaurants, bars and shopping. Right around the corner from Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers. Area is perfect for surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking sport fishing, roller-blading, biking and skateboarding.
