Wide street, Cozy Beach home comes with its own carport that can fit up to three cars for parking. Street parking is also available. Guests have direct access to the beautiful private backyard from the carport or the main beach house. We don't book more than 2 months in advance unless it was approved first by the owner. The rear building may be occupied with its own rear access from the alley. The rear building and garage are not part of this agreement and are not attached to the main front guest beach house.
