Do not water or touch the plant life inside of the home.Guest access:Guests will have access to the private pool, basketball court, playground, gym, office, home theater, kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, master bedroom, two upstairs guests rooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms.Our personal mailbox will not be available.You may order amazon packages and other large packages that will be delivered to the front door but we will not give access to mailbox. If you are planning longer stays we suggest acquiring a post office box at the nearest post office located on W Fuqua street.Other things to note:This is our home that we rent out when we are traveling. Please respect our privacy and do not open the double bolted locked rooms. We also ask to limit outdoor noise after 10pm. There are a lot of mature neighbors nearby. We are not suited for large parties. Large parties will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave without refund.Bottom line, behave and be respectful.
