Only a 5 min drive down to the nearest beach across from famous Malibu Seafood! Hike to the waterfall steps from the front door. The peaceful sounds emanating from the year round creek provide a tranquility only found in a natural environment. Designed & built using only the highest quality of craftsmanship and materials. 3 bedrooms in the main house each with its own bathroom, another full bath plus a bonus room downstairs for privacy with its own bathroom.
