We are just a few minutes from Zuma and Westward Beach.The spaceTwo large rooms, a kitchenette and bathroom make up this wing of the house in a charming, bohemian home in the real Malibu. This space can be customized to fit your needs - either as two bedrooms, or one bedroom and an office or living space.The apartment includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and all the accoutrements. You also have access to the full kitchen in the main house, if you so chose.Julia will be your host in this artsy home, which includes lots of outdoor living in a great atmosphere and beautiful garden. This is an original "ranch style" Malibu house, that will give you a taste of the “real” Malibu. Everything is perfectly clean and well maintained with love. Julia will make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing stay.Guest accessYou access your quarters through our main front door. However, your wing has its own door and lock.Other things to noteJulia is a music teacher - piano and singing, so that happens during certain hours. You may hear that going on. However, it usually only happens in the afternoons.Otherwise, we are a very peaceful house, and have quiet hours after 10pm.
