The house is super close to SOFI stadium / Intuit Dome/ LAX, with a lot of shopping and restaurants, and is close to 405 freeway and major streets. It is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. You, your family and your friends would love this place.The space:Upon first entering the property, you will find yourself in a spacious living area that is ideal for gathering with the entire family to unwind and gather. Next to the living room is a fully-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to perform your next culinary adventure. Formal dining area seating 6 people comfortably, and there are also extra seatings at the island to accommodate additional visitors.ATTRACTIONS & COMMUTE:- About 5 minutes driving to SoFi Stadium- About 7 minutes to Intuit Dome- About 12 minutes to LAX- Close to 405 Freeway for easy and convenient commute.KITCHEN: Our charming kitchen with an island is well-equipped with basic necessities, even including a rice-cooker, for your cooking needs during the stay, with 2 additional bar stools for quick and convenient breakfast. Our dining area seats 6 people comfortably.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:- Bedroom 1 : One comfortable King bed- Bedroom 2 : One queen size bed- Bedroom 3: One queen size bed- Bedroom 4: One twin bed+ one bunk bed twin over fullPARKING: up to 2-3 car in the driveway.LAUNDRY: Laundry area is located in the kitchen for convenient access.We have a playroom with additional seating areas that is furnished with an air hockey and a foosball table for your entertainment.
