It is a charming and scenic community in Los Angeles County, California, nestled between the Verdugo Mountains and the Angeles National Forest. You can walk to the quaint and lively Old Town Montrose, where you can find local shops, restaurants, and festivals. Or explore the nearby beautiful Descanso Gardens, a botanical oasis with seasonal displays and events. You can also hike, bike, or horseback ride in the Verdugo Mountains. Montrose - La Crescenta is a place where you can experience the best of both worlds: the tranquility of the countryside and the convenience of the city. My house is conveniently located close to the 210 freeway, and it only takes 15 minutes to Glendale, and Pasadena, 30 minutes away from Downtown Los Angeles (depending on traffic).I like to travel with my family, and I understand how important it is to have a kitchen to cook for the kids and grandparents.
