The large front yard, with a café table, is surrounded by tall pine trees, succulents, and blooming flowers. The side yard, lined with succulent, Southern California native plants, and blooming flowers, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills, and the city and the ocean in the distance. The huge backyard is shaded by California pine trees. A large deck allows you to enjoy all your meals in the garden, surrounded by mountains, ocean and city views, while listening to the songs of hundreds of wild birds.There are three bedrooms, each with large windows with a view all the way to the ocean. The master bedroom also opens up into the backyard through sliding glass walls, and has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
