Breathtaking BeachFront with Rooftop Deck Our home was built by Hollywood RKO set designer owned by a producer. Located on a corner walk street and is right on Beach/The Strand in Hermosa Beach. We have a perfect view of the sunset. Roof deck has a glass room bar comfortable chairs, outdoor couch matching chairs, 3 dining tables that I brought back from Morocco, 2 chaise lounges, umbrellas, 10 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach games, volleyball, football, luxury beach towels. Please ask us if party buses, food trucks. n this area), and a 62 in TV in the Great Room. The roof deck has an enclosed glass room with fridge, toaster and coffee-maker, seating bar and chairs that look out at the sunset and ocean, 4 dining tables and matching chairs that we personally shipped from Morocco, outdoor sectional couch and chaise lounge chairs, multiple umbrellas, roof deck has a nice, above code height railing. There are 3 spiral Staircases that lead to the roof deck both interior and exterior access. Our home has a Bertazzoni professional range, new Bosch dishwasher, 2 sinks in fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, front-load washer/dryer, gas grill that is propane, charcoal, smoker and side burner right on the beach. All towels and bedding are high thread counts. Kids just love the blue room full of pillows at the top of the turret.We provide parking for up to 5 cars more if available. Our home is located on a corner walk street and is right on The Strand in Hermosa Beach. The entire property is gated. Our home is GREAT for family vacations. Bikes, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, sun tent, beach wagon, corn hole toss, other games, board games, toys, boogie boards are included. We hold all types of events, including but not limited to: Company parties, Retreats, Networking Mixers, Family Holidays, Reunions, Weddings, Spa weekends, Fantasy football weekends, and much more. Feel free to send us the details of what you would like to plan for more information. We also rent for Location Filming, Photoshoots, and Office Space. Due to the nature of the home, there are far too many inquiries to show the location in-person (we have tried and this would be a full-time job). So once your booking is complete and deposits are paid, you are welcome to come and have a look.We love this house and can assure you that you will too. Watching the sunset over the ocean's horizon every day is a constant reminder of how beautiful it is.Lastly, we offer additional amenities that can be included with the rental if given advanced noticed and for an additional fee. Those services include, but are not limited to:- Private Chef- Event caterer - Fully Stocked Refrigerator with items of choice- House Keeping- Stocked Bar- In-Home Massage Services- Car Service to and from LAXOur home rental rate per night is $2000 and a weekly rate of $14000. There is a cleaning fee of $500 and a $1500. refundable damage deposit are required year-round.
