Just A 30 Second Walk To The Beach! Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet remodeled cottage only 4 houses away from the Hermosa Strand. Perfect location between the Hermosa Pier and the Bay Yacht Club.Close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, pier and of course the sunny beach. Beautiful patio with fire pit and comfortable seating as well as outdoor dining, lounging and grill.Unfortunately there is no garage but street parking is usually easy to find and one permit pass will be given.The spaceIncluded are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds supplied with comfortable mattresses.There are 2 bathrooms, the master bathroom has a walk-in shower plus a jetted tub. The other bathroom comes with a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have skylights above which allows natural light and airflow to come through.The property has a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, cozy seating and a flat-screen smart T.V.The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, wine refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, sink with garbage disposal. There are also remote controlled skylights located above the kitchen and eating area.There is a nook seating area with a round table which is perfect for having breakfast at.French doors lead from the living room to a spacious patio with beautiful olive trees and plenty of outdoor seating with one solar powered light up umbrella and one regular umbrella that provide plenty of shade.2 Lounge chairs for tanning/relaxing and a 4- burner Charbroil BBQ for outdoor cooking.There is NO garage, however, one parking pass will be supplied so you won’t have to pay for street parking.
