New Cape Beach House With Whitewater Ocean Views & Just 3 blocks from the Beach The newly built property is a completely detached cape cod home with panoramic ocean views from the 3rd level and the 700 square foot rooftop deck. The views go as far south as Catalina Island to the northern tip of Malibu.Max 30 night stay - min 7 night stay. The home is located in South Hermosa just 3 blocks from the beach and 9 blocks from Pier Ave and Downtown Hermosa Beach. The home is just a 15 minute walk to the Redondo Beach Pier and a 30 minute walk / 5 minute Uber ride to Downtown Manhattan Beach.The home is brand new having been built in the past year. The home features 3 levels plus a wide open roof top deck for sun bathing and entertaining. The top floor consists of an open floor plan with a chef's kitchen, great room and dining area. There is a 65 inch TV over the fireplace mantel. The top floor also features a spacious deck large enough for lounging, entertaining or enjoying some wine and food.The middle level consists of the master bedroom and a large guest bedroom, each with it's own ensuite bath room. Both rooms have it's own large screen TV and comfortable setting.The bottom level consists of the second guest bedroom and laundry room. The bedroom has it's own ensuite bath room with direct access to the back yard.The home is fully wired for music and WIFI along with RING to monitor visitors. Home comes with 2 driveway parking spots.As for cleaning and sterilization, we use a company called Enviro-Master Services to do a deep cleaning of the entire home. They certify their cleaning with a certificate posted in the home. Also, we use a regular cleaning service weekly or bi-monthly to clean the home.
