We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. For those that want to walk to the best of Hermosa Beach, this is the perfect spot for you. For those who sleep lightly, please note that you may experience evening noise from local patrons.Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.From Monday January 2, to Saturday January 6, the back of the building will undergo painting. As a result, 7 out of the 9 parking spots will be blocked from 8 am to 5 pm during this period. Parking passes will be provided as an alternative during this time.Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
