True local favs. It’s an 8 minute walk to Pier Plaza with a large variety of restaurants and shopping. Target, Nordstrom, and Costco are within a 10-20 minute drive.The Presidente is designed in a fresh clean style. The home has a full open kitchen with granite countertop and an island - all open to the livingThe bedrooms and bathrooms are complete and beautifully appointed. Public Tennis and Basketball courts are nearby. Redondo Beach Pier and King Harbor are 2 miles away and provide all fishing and boating related activities including whale watching. Golf driving ranges, par 3 courses and miniature golf are 15 minutes away.
