This 2,100 sqft haven offers a peaceful escape.Guest will have full use of the entire home during their stay this is not a shared home.House RulesNo smoking or vaping of any kind indoors.No shoes indoors (House slippers will be provided for indoor use only)No eating or drinking in bedrooms.No illegal substance of any kind on the premises.No unauthorized parties.No loud noise outdoors after 9pmNo unauthorized photoshootsNo pets allowed (Owner is allergic)Do not flush sanitary napkins or any kind of wipes down the toiletPool Rules * Use at your own risk*(zero liability)No glassware in pool areaNo DivingNo jumping from balcony into poolNo running in pool areaAll guest under 18 years old should be supervisedPool is about 3-9 feet please swim at your own risk and be responsible. All kids and adults who cant swim must wear a life jacket.The host is not liable or responsible for any deaths or drownings slips or falls during your stay.*Late check out is $100 /per hour*Loss of keys $160 charge*Missing pillow protectors/mattress cover/pillows/Blankets will result in a $100 chargeDisclaimer:Guests will be charged an extra $200 cleaning fee for stains on furniture, bedding/linens, walls, carpet/rugs kitchen surfaces bathroom surfaces, upholstery bedframes. Also, If anything in the home is broken guest will be responsible to pay for it.
