Gated pool, pool toys, complete with a hammock and loungers for the adults! Home is nestled in the foothills of San Gabriel Valley - 24 miles to downtown LA and 27 miles to Disneyland. Azusa Pacific University and University of La Verne are minutes away. Close to the Metro. Just tell us what you need and we will provide it! We are service oriented and take pride in happy guests.The spaceNO MORE THAN 8 GUESTS NO MATTER WHAT. THIS INCLUDES ALL CHILDREN. This is a two-story home in a quiet family neighborhood. We are not a "party" house. We prefer families and gatherings a bit on the mellow side please. Loud noise and music are not permitted.All bedrooms are upstairs along with two bathrooms. One bathroom is inside the master bedroom and the other bathroom is shared. The half bath is downstairs. There are TV's and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Every room is climate controlled by central heat and air.Guest accessGuests will access the property through the front door (lock box) key access.
