Cozy modern studio plus huge loft, new construction This unique back house has a style all its own. I had a lot of fun building this from the ground up and am excited to share it with you so you can enjoy indoor outdoor living and all that this central location has to offer with all the amenities you need.This was a garage converted into a studio + loft. Everything is brand new, 100% furnished, including pots and pans. I lived in it for a month to test it out, otherwise it's never been used. NOTE: The bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom is upstairs. (there is no bathroom upstairs)You'll have your own private front patio/ yard, and it shares a wall/fence with my backyard (I live in the front house and will be there with my dog). As such, no parties, no events, no smoking and no pets, with quiet hours outside after 10pm.
