Real wood shutters, wood floors and tiles throughout the house, ample storage space. Situated in a Quiet Cul-De-Sac street. Close to all needed services including houses of worship, beaches, parks, hiking trails and shopping. House was completely remodeled from the ground up in October 2017. The house is walking distance to several grocery stores and restaurants. The house is located to several amazing hiking and mountain bike trails in the Santa Monica Mountains and surrounding state parks. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi access, Central air and heat, fire place, gas BBQ grill, flat-screen TV, books and board games.
