The home is also just a few minutes drive from the Riviera Marina, some of Lake County's top wineries, and located within 10 miles of 4 different state and county parks offering hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling, bird watching, and more. The house is also set up for remote work, with a large desk with views, and fast wifi. On clear nights, the starry night sky will dazzle you. There's also a sweet deer family that visits the yard almost daily, and plenty of birdlife, including occasional flyovers by a pair of bald eagles that live nearby.
