This gorgeously remodeled unit is set in the middle of a six-unit complex with a large lawn, trees and parking. The living room and kitchen are spacious and have a mountain view. There is a washer and dryer facility on-site. You will have a single car garage to park your car. This is a well maintained, pet friendly building with long term respectful tenants. The exterior is thoroughly cleaned weekly by dedicated cleaning personnel. The property is also landscaped weekly.
