The house is located 10 minutes from Treetops Resort and Otsego club for Golf and Snow Skiing and sits on a private 10-acre parcel near the main trail head. The property is surrounded by state land that is ORV and Snowmobile accessible making it perfect for ORV or snowmobile enthusiasts. You can spend the days golfing, putting on your private green, riding or skiing while relaxing at night playing pool, shuffle board, hot tubing, etc. right on the property.
