The basement walks out to a large fire pit area surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs and 40 acre, no public access/no gasoline motors lake with plenty of fish to catch! Dock, Kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe are there and ready to use! We are 5 mins from Cable, WI - host of the American Birkenbiener and Fat Tire Festival - CAMBA biking / ski trails nearby. UTV/ATV/Snowmobiling trails accessible from driveway less than a quarter mile away!NO GASOLINE MOTORS ALLOWED ON LAKE.
