The unit comes with an attached garage, washer and dryer, roomy king ensuite with balcony plus 2 more nice-sized bedrooms with twin beds on the upper level.A dock slip is available if you are bringing your boat. The trailers will need to be parked off sight about a mile from the condos. There is no Boat Trailer parking at the Condos.Virginia Beach Condos are just minutes from the town of Cable which features many miles of area trails for biking and hiking. Short-day trips include the Duluth Canal Park area, Hayward, the Apostle Islands, and Bayfield. There are also some beautiful waterfalls to check out such as Cooper Falls and Morgan Falls.So whether you're looking for a getaway for summertime fun or to take in the fall foliage, Virginia Beach #6 is a great place to be!Please Note:Rate based on 6 people and is the maximum number of guests allowed, this includes Adults and Children.Towels are not provided, please bring bath, swimming and kitchen towels.There is a light blanket on the bed with fresh linens and pillows. If you prefer a heavier blanket, please bring one along with you.Pets are allowed. $20 per pet per night maximum of 2 pets.A dock slip is available if you are bringing your boat. But the boats must be launched on the north end of Lake Owen at the Boat Launch!The trailers will need to be parked besides the Dumpster in the trailer parking area. There is no Boat Trailer parking at the Condos.
