COZY HOME WITH SPARKLING POOL AND PET FRIENDLY Come to enjoy and relax this swimming pool home, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room and a nice back yard with trees. Pool is not heatedThe home is in a quiet working class neighborhood Close to Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler and only 12 minutes to Phoenix International Airport, cubs field casino, mall, shopping center and light rail. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.This home is non smoking, no partiesThere is a camera outside facing the front and back of the house for your security. Original house was separated in two sections and converted into studio completely separated from each other, the attached Studio is occupied by a long term tenant.There is washer and dryer for your convenience, blankets and bedspreads are cleaned or changed out completely after each guest.We do allow pets (up to 2 dogs) to stay, for an additional fee, All other animals require pre-approval and pet fees will apply. $100 per pet per stay,This does not include cleaning up dog droppings or any damage caused by the pet (there will be an extra charge if we have to pick up after your dog or make repairs/replacements due to damage) Notice: when you book it won't include this fee so will be ad additional later. Please remember there is a long term tenant on the other side of the house.
