Walters Camp 3 Bedroom Home and RV Space. Boating, Off Road, Hiking, and More! Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in the Walters Camp area. There is a King bed in the main bedroom and queen beds in the other two. There is a large couch in the living room and room on the floor for kids to sleep (2 foam cushion pads provided). The property features a cozy living space, an outdoor deck, BBQ, two bathrooms with showers, and essential amenities like WiFi and AC. Experience the year around wonders the desert has to offer. A community boat ramp is close by and available to launch your boat in to the Colorado River in the summer. This home is about 30 miles North of Martinez Lake area on one of the last few stretches of the natural river. There usually plenty of sandbars to play on and almost all of the river has a sandy bottom here.Endless open space and Jeep trails are available in the winter months. Everything from hard core hill climbs to easy washes are within just a few minutes of the property. There are also wilderness areas nearby for those who wish to experience hiking in a rugged desert environment in which few people travel . We do have an RV space available on the property with 30 amp service, water and sewer for an additional fee. The property is fully fenced and gated.Warning - this home is only accessible on an 7 mile long County maintained gravel road. While to road is usually in good enough condition for most vehicles, summer monsoons can make parts of the road difficult at times.
