A galley, eat-in kitchen seats four and the comfortable TV room, adjacent to the kitchen, has sliders onto the deck for easy access to the barbeque. The large living room has a flat screen TV and the dining area seats 6. A twin bed room and full bathroom with tub and shower finish off the first floor. The second floor has another full bath with tub and shower and lots of counter space. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a Queen bed. Lots of windows give this home a bright and airy feel. Central A/C and wireless internet complete this home's list of comfortable amenities. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
