This 4 bedroom home overlooks a seasonal Kettle Pond, complete with a permanent flock of Mallard ducks.Bay and Ocean beaches are less than a 10 minute drive or an easy bikeride away. It is even closer to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Slightly further afield is the Marconi Wireless Station and the 1,000 acre Audubon Sanctuary in Eastham.The Lily View easily sleeps 8 guests. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, two bed rooms on the second floor, and a separate, private primary bedroom. The property boasts two living rooms and a modern updated kitchen. The private front lawn offers plenty of space for a game of corn hole or croquet. There is a lovely deck area in the back, with gas grill and outdoor shower. Eat an al fresco dinner in the screened in gazebo or wile away an afternoon napping and reading in the hammock.Looking for something else to do? The Town of Orleans has much to offer. With its numerous, shops, a great bookstore, galleries and markets there is always someplace to explore. Grab an ice cream after a day at the beach at The Ice Cream Café. Don’t feel like cooking dinner? Eat out every night, and you still won’t be able to try every restaurant. And if it rains, you can always take the family to The Alley for candle pinbowling or head to the Charles Morre Arena for ice skating.Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $440 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes. *Cancellation Policy* In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
