There is plenty of parking so bring your trailers and horse pasture rental is extra! Bring your bikes and hit the Santos trails.NON Smokers/Non Vapors ONLY- No Smokers/Vapors allowed on property If you are a 'closet smoker' or plan to secretly smoke on the road or in woods -PLEASE do not rent this home, be respectful ! Because of ALLERGIES you will pay a $1500 Fee for smoking or vaping and be asked to leave immediately.Please make sure you follow VRBO rules and enter the CORRECT number of guests that will be staying.No indoor pets.Additional rules*** For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home for any length of time unless pre approved. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises.
