With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for family and friends. Guests have access to the entire property: the house, the garage, laundry and the big sunny backyard.With easy access to the Arcata Community Forest trails and Murphy's market, it's a great hub for exploring the area. You're just a short walk from a great burrito (El Chipotle), a cup of coffee (Coffee Break) or excellent homestyle Italian dining (La Trattoria). Downtown Arcata is about two miles aways has many shops, restaurants, activities and weekend Farmers Market.***Details to note when booking... VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property."
