Each cottage has its own porch with lake views, as well as water access. The cottages also have a shared driveway, each with its own parking. With this rental, you'll be able to enjoy fishing and swimming from the dock, only 100 feet from the homes!The Lakeside Cottages on Toddy Pond are the perfect Midcoast destination, located less than 35 miles from Bangor, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park! You are also within 10 miles of many delicious restaurants, such as Harbor View Grille, Verona Wine and Design, and even Bucksport House of Pizza. Whether you are seeing what's biting in Toddy Pond or grabbing a bite to eat in town, you are sure to find fun here for all ages!The individual cottages, Sunset Point Cottage, Lake View Cottage, and Lake Time Cottage, may be rented individually as well.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplace is not for guest use.This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
