They can be rented individually or by larger groups who are interested in the whole compound. The property faces west, so you'll revel in stunning coastal sunsets with lake views. Be sure to listen for the loons!Lakeview Cottage is the perfect Midcoast destination, as it sits less than 35 miles from shopping and dining in Bangor and Bar Harbor, and from the ultimate outdoor experience in Acadia National Park!The two other homes on the property, Sunset Point Cottage and Lake Time Cottage, may be rented as well; all three can be rented as Lakeside Cottages on Toddy Pond.THINGS TO KNOWThis vacation rental has a shared waterfront and boat dock.The full kitchen does not include a dishwasher.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Dock details: Shared with the complexDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
