This property is nicknamed the "EAST" side home because there is an exact replica of this home next door. If this home is booked, look for the other home that is just like this one called "West Plum Brook Home." Both of these homes are all in one building, but are separated by two garages (each unit has access to one 2-car garage); there are NO COMMON living space walls. Please note that there is a shared driveway, but that each guest has his or her own side of the driveway, as it is wide enough for two sets of cars. 10 minutes, 6.3 miles away from Cedar Point, 5 minutes and 3.2 miles from Sports Force, and 7 minutes and 3 miles from Kalahari Resort. Escape to Lake Erie in this comfy, cozy home. It's your home-away-from-home! Big backyard, quiet, safe neighborhood, beautiful park right across the street - there's not much more that a VRBO guest could ask for. Guests can use the front and back yards, and every room in the house. I live a few doors down from this home, and am almost always available. I will be doing check-ins and check-outs when I'm available to ensure that the guest count matches the reservation. New furniture, linens, flooring and paint.
