Looking for your Family getaway with Lake Erie views that is Pet Friendly? 3BR/2BA Lake Views with adjacent private neighborhood park - GREAT family vacation home or a place to enjoy and relax. We also accept 4 legged family members (2 dog max) for a daily pet fee. Please disclose that you will be bringing a pet before booking. The property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a small private beach used only by the neighborhood residents and guests. The park area features a picnic area, a full size basketball court and playground equipment just steps away for your enjoyment. We also provide two Kayaks at the house, for your recreational use. Please bring your own lifejackets! * Disclosure : The beach is a rocky entrance into the water, we highly recommend water shoes for children to wear. The public sandy beach is less than 2 miles away called NickelPlate. It costs $6 to park.The patio out back is equipped with a gas grill (propane tank provided) and an outdoor patio with seating for 6 while taking in the lake views.We also have a large gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, gas range, oven and refrigerator. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, toaster, 12 cup coffee pot (filters provided), and a Keurig Coffee station upstairs with starter pods. Pots, pans, baking sheets, muffin tins, Tupperware, and place settings for 12.High speed wireless internet throughout the home with UNLIMITED data. LED smart TV in the living room and one in each of the queen bedrooms. Washer & Dryer available with detergent (dyes and perfumes free) and dryer sheets (also dye and perfume free) for your use. For the chilly nights, there is a gas fireplace (pilot is on from Oct-May) as well as an outdoor fire pit ready for s'mores. S'mores sticks are in the kitchen waiting your marshmallows. We will provide you with a keypad code prior to your stay, so you are welcome to arrive anytime after 4 PM on the day of your check-in. IF any early check in or late check out is desired, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Hiking trails, kayaking, local restaurants all near by. Please reach out for any recommendations. For the protection of you and our home, we have a security camera only on the physical OUTSIDE of the home. The footage is only reviewed if an issue or emergency should arise. All information is deleted after your stay. We protect and respect your privacy.Our house is pet friendly! Please disclose if you plan on bringing a furry friend!
