Whether you’re bringing the sports team or enjoying a quiet space with the family, our rustic style floors yet modern kitchen is waiting for you.We are right outside the city limits, yet just down the road from grocery stores, medical facilities and easy freeway access. Quiet yet convenient. One story home with 2 master bedrooms, outdoor playground for kids and 2 living room spaces. ******This is a one story home although this is a small step (1 Step) off of the foyer into the livingrooms. We have a pack-n-play, high chair and plenty of space for the kids to run around. We are a very family friendly home. We have a basketball / tennis court (net is down at this time). Life jackets available for children. Plenty of parking. We have an open floor plan and the houses sits on a large 2.5 acre property. Traveling medical staff; you are only a few min from 4 local hospitals. 3min-15min away.We are about60miles to Yosemite National Park43miles to Shaver Lake86miles to Sequoia National Park.Also other several lakes are just minutes away.**There are exterior cameras on the property***
