A hidden gem surrounded by a wooded private park in an equestrian atmosphere. Brand new three bedroom two bathroom apartment with full kitchen and living room. The Apartment is located on a peaceful horse farm in the middle of a beautiful private conservation park. We have lots of trails for hiking that leads to a creek for fishing and swimming just steps from the front door! Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while soaking in the views of nature! Enjoy the fire pit and chairs for relaxing around the camp fire. We provide some ingredients for making the perfect s’mores! This is a quiet place to enjoy nature and reconnect with family and friends. Don’t forget to bring your own fire wood or feel free to find your own in the surrounding woods on the property. We are located just minutes from Pond View farm and other wedding venues. We are ten minutes from royal farms, grocery’s and restaurants. Greystone golf course and restaurant is 10 minutes away. We are 15 minutes away from rock State Park Geneva farm golf course and restaurant. Pretty boy reservoir is a beautiful 20 minute drive with fishing and canoeing. Lock Raven reservoir and park is a 30 minute drive, Inverness brewery, Fallingbranch brewery, Big truck farm brewery, and Slate farm brewery are all less than a 30 minute drive!Other things to note:The road leading to the apartment is a single lane gravel road. FYI there are steps to climb up to the apartment. Please look at the pictures provided. The building holds 2 separate apartments, one on each side of the building with private entrances and a large shared parking area. There is a possibility for some noise to be heard between the two apartments. We do have Internet and a fire stick on our tv. Some dvds are also provided. You may bring your own fire wood for the campfire or find your own in the woods on the property. Please bring charcoal for the grill if you plan to use it! We hope you enjoy your stay here at High Voltage Farm!
