You have a completely fenced pvt backyard with hot tub, BBQ Grill that gives you privacy. Located in a very prime location with access to all the key attractions in Tahoe, be it beaches or Ski resort or casino or meadows or shops & restaurants everything is accessible within few minutes drive.We have been hosting since 2015 and with wear and tear, items seen in pictures like BBQ grill, chairs, wall hangings, lights, sofa, TV etc could have been replaced, photos on display are representative only. Since photo's are taken from wide angle camera to give complete coverage of the area they may appear larger than the size hence we are sharing exact size of each area in house.The following are the detail measurements of the area in sq ft .The Living area is 20 X 16 .The Room 1 in the 1st floor is 10 X 11 .The Room 2 in the 1st floor ,Next to game room is 08 X 09 .The Room 3 , Master bed room in the 2nd floor is 12 X 16 .The Room 4 , twin's bed room in the 2nd floor is 12 X 12 .Drive way for car parking is 19 X 34.It's a individual house, there is no restriction in accessing any part of the house. We also send a welcome document with checkin instructions that provide all helpful information about house.Guest's have to strictly comply with city rules. Respect neighbors privacy, leave no impact. No loud noise or partying. City enforced quite hours have to be always followed.
