This vacation home is available as a 30+ day rental. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathroomsMax # of occupants: 12Max # of vehicles: 3*Please read this entire listing carefully before booking.**REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK**- Must be 30 years or older- Provide a valid driver’s license- Pay for a $2,000 refundable security deposit upfront- Phone interview with local manager- A quick walk through of the home is required every 30 days, can be scheduled on your time.**WHAT IS ALLOWED**- Secondary home/vacation style booking- Ski or Summer lease- Treating this home like it was your own- Group of people all over the ages of 30- Families with members working from home or visiting on weekends**WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED**- Moving in as your primary residence- Subleasing - Ski resort workers under 30 years old- Bookings longer than 6 months- Smoking inside or drug use of any kind- Mistreating this home- Group of people under the ages of 30 - this is not a party or flop house!**FAILURE TO TREAT THIS HOME WITH RESPECT OR ABIDE BY ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES, WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC EVICTION AND PERMANENT WITHHOLDING OF YOUR $2,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT****HOME CARE**We do not provide home or hot tub cleanings unless requested. Please allow for 48 hours for scheduling. We provide driveway snow removal but pathway snow shovelling is up to you, unless otherwise requested. **QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD**In Tahoe, it’s so quiet at night that you could hear a pin drop. We prefer to host quiet groups that will be courteous of the neighbors. Appreciate your understanding! **TRAVEL INSURANCE**We highly recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance, as we normally do not refund for Covid, smoke, fires, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc. **REVIEWS**“If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” We please ask that you have some grace and compassion when you review this home and we will do the same when we review you. #spreadlovenothate **WINTER TRAVEL WARNING**During the Winter, it’s required by law that all vehicles in Tahoe carry chains, even 4WD vehicles. Given how much snow we’ve had in recent years, it’s not recommended you come in a low profile 2WD vehicle. Our roads are steep and icy so even when it’s not snowing, Tahoe is hard to navigate. **POWER OUTAGES**Power outages are very common in Tahoe. Tahoe homes do not have generators. Coming to Tahoe during the Winter requires a lot of patience and a sense of adventure.**NO AC**This home, like most in Tahoe, does not have AC but we do provide fans.**HIGH FIRE RISK**Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/improper disposal of cigarette butts and charcoal bbq’s are strictly prohibited.**BEARS**Bears and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up when you leave the home, always lock your car doors, roll up car windows and view from afar. **CRITTERS**Spiders, cobwebs and little mountain mice are common in the mountains. **TOWELS**We supply one bath towel and one wash cloth per permitted occupant and then one hand towel per bathroom. If you think you will need more then please bring with you. **SECURITY**Most of our homes have exterior only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance but we take our guests privacy VERY seriously. There is never indoor cameras and the exterior ones are only monitored if violations occur. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels :)
