Lake Cumberland Lake Front Paradise! Overlooking Lee’s Ford Marina! Lake Cumberland’s finest! Lake house that’s big enough for the whole family with amazing views overlooking Lee’s Ford Marina on the beautiful Lake Cumberland! Enjoy a day on the lake then come back and relax in the hot tub out back while watching the boats come in. When coming in to the main floor, you'll find a large open kitchen with a big kitchen table that can seat 6 with 3 barstools next to the kitchen table at the bar for extras seating. Then you'll find a large 2 story living room overlooking the lake that is an open concept with the kitchen. On the main floor there is also a bedroom with a beautiful view of the lake with a queen size bed that has sliding glass doors that go out to the deck and a full bathroom. There is also a large one car garage and a large driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. The second floor has an open concept with a banister overlooking the living room and large windows with a perfect view of Lake Cumberland. There are 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bath on the second floor. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a private deck with the very best view of the lake. The master bedroom is very large with a large walk in closet with a full size dresser and a king size bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and is also a large room. The third bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids with bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), a full size futon. The second floor also has a small office area next to the banister overlooking the downstairs and looking out the large windows over the lake and a nice size linen closet with plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay.The basement is a perfect spot to hang out for game night with a large pool table, games, a large sectional with full size pull out couch, and a large smart TV. The basement also consists of a full bathroom and a large laundry room with a washer and dryer that is available to you during your stay. There are also sliding glass doors in the basement leading to a large covered porch with new super cozy patio furniture and a very nice large hot tub. There are retractable shades on the porch in case you need to block some sunlight coming in during the day. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of heaven!
