Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with tiled a walk-in shower and garden tub, as well as a 55" Smart TV.The bottom level of the home features a full-sized bedroom with a private kitchenette, as well as a king-sized bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, living space, and private entrance onto the back patio.Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, laundry area, cozy wood-burning fireplace, games room with pool table and 41" Smart TV, a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, a covered outdoor seating area with a fire-pit and dining furniture, back deck with BBQ grill, beautiful surrounding pine trees, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.*Please note that a tenant lives in the guest house, and only the outdoor area is shared.
