It is NOT for use.-Person making the reservation must be staying on property, unless given prior approval. -While we do have some life jackets, it is recommended to bring your own to ensure a proper fit. -Lake Hartwell is regulated by a dam so the water levels will vary. We are not responsible for the lake level. -Guests are responsible for following as lake, fishing and boating regulations. -There is absolutely no pets and no smoking in the house. If this rule is broken, you will be charged an extra $200 for deep cleaning of the house.-The kayak, paddle board and lake toys are for the use of our guests as an added bonus. If they become unavailable or break, you would not be entitled to a refund. -If any of the house rules are broken, you will be subject to removal without a refund for the remaining of the rental reservation.
