Fully stocked with games, books, firepit, gourmet indoor & outdoor kitchen area- a chef's dream! Ideal for family vacations and special occasions. Fully equipped custom kitchen contains three ovens with all cooking, baking, and housewares which includes a stocked coffee bar and walk-in pantry. Bar area has additional sink and counter space. Two queen beds are located in the loft while main level has two bedrooms with King beds full bathroom and 1/2 bath. Lower level has garage access into home with additional fridge, full bathroom, family room with pub table and separate bedroom with 2 twin over full bunk beds.Heavy duty stackable laundry machine is located in the garage. The Retreat offers an upper deck area with polywood furniture throughout property for outdoor dining and seating while lower offers covered porch area with outdoor kitchen and island for gathering. Access to the water is available with sturdy new walkway to dock with open area for seating and reclining on chaise lounges. Fire pit area has comfortable seating with views of the lake and backyard provides ample space for outdoor games. Basketball hoop attached to garage area offers additional recreation.
