This lakefront and dog-friendly home has all you need to make your vacation great, including a dock and lakeside firepit. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs with a four-burner gas grill out on the deck. Rounding out the upstairs is the family room with an HD LED Smart TV and DVD Player. The game room is a place to go for watching TV, playing Foosball or having a friendly game of shuffleboard on the nine-foot table. Outside you can enjoy the views of the lake from the deck or just lay out on the expansive lawn. Swim right off the shore or off the dock. The dock has deep water always, so you have no worries about bringing a boat. This home is located on a quiet street just 15 minutes from a grocery store and just minutes from Lake Murray Resort where marine gas can be purchased and you can launch a boat. They are two-way but do not record sound.Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
