It is right in between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. It was very convenient for sightseeing. There were 9 of us aged 9 to 59. There was plenty to keep everyone occupied. The youngest loved fishing on the dock and swimming in the pool. The teenagers loved the pool and theater room. They all enjoyed smores at the firepit. The older ones enjoyed the deck overlooking the water watching the ducks, geese and the daily heron visit. *****The house was as described and more. We have been staying at vacation rental homes for over 15 years and this is by far the best stocked home we have stayed at. It has literally everything you will ever need.*****We ate out but the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including a bottle of wine, spices, coffee, filters and a complete array of pots and pans. Glenn was a pleasure to work with. He is onsite and available to offer advise and take care of the pool and hot tub.
