This gorgeous retreat features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and over 3,000 square ft of luxury living, fully equipped for your stay. This home is ideal for a wine tasting trip, Ironstone concert weekend, or family getaway with plenty of room for all, including Fido! The stunning outdoor spaces provide a focus for outdoor living, from the covered porch to the built in BBQs and patio dining. The main floor features the spacious great room, dining area, gourmet kitchen, master suite, guest bedroom and half bathroom. The loft and 2 more bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a convenient mud room and laundry room with covered entry. The great room boasts a beautiful floor-to-ceiling rock hearth with fireplace and views of the hills. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and features a built in gas cooktop, island with extra sink, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, desk nook for any work you may need to do, and room for multiple chefs! The dining area is adjacent to the covered porch and outdoor patio for indoor or al fresco meals. The secluded location includes tons of parking for multiple vehicles, including plenty of room to bring your boat for a fun day at New Melones Reservoir to enjoy wakeboarding, waterskiing, or just a relaxing lake day (just about a 15-20 min drive). You’re also less than 3 miles from the enchanting downtown of Murphys with over 25 wine tasting rooms, fine dining, boutiques, music, and the picturesque Murphys park. This is the ideal home base to enjoy our many local activities and you’re just a short drive to Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, pristine Alpine lakes, local caverns and hiking trails. Vineyard Vista sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The master suite is on the main floor and features a King bed and bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 is also on the main floor and features a Queen bed. There is a half bathroom just off this bedroom. Upstairs is a loft, perfect for game night, along with 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 includes a Full bed and 2 Twin beds.Amenities: WiFi, 4 TV's (including living room), DVD player, Games, Air Conditioning, Fireplace, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Deck Furniture, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer, Dryer.Linens and Towels Provided.
