Welcome to our newly remodeled mountain getaway in picturesque Murphys!Just steps from downtown restaurants, shopping, and wine tasting! Enjoy the fully updated interior and relax in the brand-new, fully-fenced backyard with your favorite glass of local wine. Amenities include a hammock, giant chess, corn hole, tons of board games, and ample outdoor dining space. We've invested our hearts into creating this Murphy's getaway & are excited for you to experience it! Please note that to keep this home in excellent condition for years to come we have a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy. We also do not allow parties or events of any kind.Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): California King Bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen Bed. This bedroom has a sliding door that opens into the den (shown with the green velvet couch in pictures). That door can remain open to create a large private suite or be closed off for privacy. Bedroom 2 has a small TV in the room.Den (Downstairs): Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa. The den can be closed off from both the living room and from bedroom 2 via sliding doors. If being utilized as a third bedroom, note that you must walk through the den to access Bedroom #2. The den enjoys direct access to the backyard.Loft (Upstairs): Desk with office chair Bathroom 1 (Upstairs): Ensuite to Bedroom #1 (shower)Bathroom 2 (Downstairs): Shower/TubKitchen / Dining Area: Fully appointed and open to the living room and dining area. The kitchen is small but the space is well utilized. The kitchen island has seating for 3, and directly behind it is a 4-top dining table.Living Room: The living room is the heart of the home, connecting to both the kitchen, dining area, and access to upstairs. Enjoy lofted ceilings, tons of natural light, and a beautiful view of the front yard. There is a large tv in the living room where you can connect your favorite streaming service account(s.) There is also a record player, a console full of board games, and a small collection of books and toys for young children. Enjoy a game of cribbage and glass of wine while spending a cozy weekend in the mountains!Backyard: Accessible via the den, garage, and side yard. Fully fenced. There is a picnic table with benches, as well as a 4-top table. Lay under the stars in the hammock or partake in a game of giant chess or corn hole!
