This 2-story retreat has all the comforts of home and is your ticket to an unforgettable vacation. Featuring over 2800 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, bonus room/4th bedroom, loft, 2.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests (plus up to 2 dogs)! The great room is the heart of the cabin, featuring a stunning rock fireplace with gas log stove and comfortable seating for everyone to gather and share stories of the day's adventures. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The bonus room/4th bedroom upstairs doubles as a screening room to enjoy movie nights complete with a popcorn machine! The loft has a game table and lots of games for your family to engage in rousing game nights. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the expansive deck, and stargaze at night while you soak in the hot tub. In the backyard you'll find a fantastic pirate ship play structure, perfect for kids and the young at heart. Let their imaginations run wild as they embark on swashbuckling adventures on this unique and exciting feature. There’s also a fire pit (seasonal - winter only). Outdoor enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with close proximity to many of our area’s most sought after locations including Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees State Park, the towns of Arnold and Murphys, and the many hiking, mountain biking, and fishing opportunities in the nearby Stanislaus National Forest.Hiawatha Hideaway sleeps 12 guests in 3 bedrooms plus the bonus room/4th bedroom. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite on the main level with a King bed, it's own full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a King bed. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs with a Queen bed as well as a crib and changing table. The bonus room/4th bedroom is located upstairs with 2 sets of trundle bunk beds (total of 4 Twins and 1 Full bed). There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. Laundry is on the main floor. Amenities: Hot Tub, WiFi, TV, DVD Player, Toys, Games, Gas Log Stove, Forced Air Gas Heat, Air Conditioning, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Washer and Dryer, Pirate Ship Play Structure, Kids Swing, Fire-pit (seasonal). Linens and towels provided. Maximum 12 guests. Pets ok (2 max), No Smoking, No Check-ins on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
