High Trees Haven~EV Charger, Sauna, Heat & A/C! Welcome to High Trees Haven! Nestled among the trees at the end of a serene cul-de-sac, High Trees Haven is a stunning, immersive retreat in the heart of the Sierras. The living area boasts stunning pine ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the forest, creating a unique & serene experience. With a wood stove for additional ambience, the cabin comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Sip a cup of coffee while looking out at the trees into the forested setting and while enjoying your favorite music being played through the surround sound system. Take a nap on the log bed in the master bedroom while enjoying the tree-top views, and then enjoy a spa-like experience in the master bathroom. High Trees Haven is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires. Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent. Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
