Big Trees State park is only 40 minutes away.Sleeps 8. Prices are set for 6 guests, more then 6 guests will have an additional nightly guest fee. We also allow private parties & weddings but the pricing varies and is not included in this VRBO the nightly stay pricing. ** PLEASE NOTE prices listed above ARE NOT set for private parties or weddings** We do have a fulltime tenant away from the house in guest apartment on property.
