You can see views for days from every window in the home and find yourself loving the special touches of detail this home has to offer. *BRAND NEW HOT TUB!* Managed by Heavenly HostsThe Space:- 1 king bed, 2 queen beds - Sleeps 6!- Full Kitchen plus coffee maker and kettle! (Note: Please DO NOT take the Stonewall Tumblers, those are to remain at the house during guest stays.)- Washer/Dryer available!- Indoor Fireplace, BYO firewood- BBQ Grill, BYO Charcoal - 3 Smart TV's with streaming services (1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 outside in the casita)- 2 back bedrooms there is a door that connects them. Hall bathroom is outside the rooms and has a bathtub. - Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks- Pack-n-play + portable high chair are provided- For the kiddos, a separate hideout shed for some extra fun and entertainment! Please note: there are stairs going up to the front porch and down to the back area. Also, the house is fully wired fenced, but still be cautious of your pets.Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire house, backyard and hot tub.The Neighborhood:Quiet neighborhood.Getting Around:You are 15 miles away from Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!Other Things to Note:- This property is suitable for all children and infants.- This property does allow pets. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and up to 2 pets max with a 35 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). -We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.
