The generous layout provides ample space for relaxation or gathering to create lasting memories.Both kitchens come fully stocked with all the essential cooking supplies you'll need, including pots, pans, utensils, and a coffee maker. Upon entering the welcoming front door, you'll gain access to both units: one upstairs and one downstairs.Each floor features a comfortable master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two full-size beds, and a conveniently located bathroom. Combined, both units can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. If you have a passion for cooking, you'll have the luxury of two fully equipped kitchens to choose from. If you're in the mood for a movie night, you'll find two cozy living spaces for your entertainment needs.Whether you're seeking space, convenience, or comfort, this peaceful home offers it all. Your tranquil retreat awaits!We're delighted to welcome your furry companions! A $75 pet fee per reservation is applicable, and we kindly request a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 40 lbs, and non-shedding.To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Please be responsible for cleaning up any messes your dogs may create during your stay. If our cleaners have to perform excessive cleaning, we will be passing those fees onto you.Three days prior to your self-check-in, you will receive a door code for the smart locks, valid for the duration of your stay. You will have access to both the upstairs and downstairs units. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive digital guidebook, providing answers to any questions you may have regarding the property, along with valuable information about nearby attractions, dining options, and shopping destinations in the local area. You'll enjoy complete privacy with both the upstairs and downstairs units at your disposal. If you require assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via phone or text. Self-check-in will be available upon your arrival for your convenience.*Important: For enhanced safety and property protection, we've partnered with Superhog - Know Your Guest. You will need to complete the guest screening process before your arrival. A link will be sent to you shortly after you book.This home and property is smoke free. You will be fined $300 if we find evidence of smoking in the home or outside property.Please make sure all remotes are left at the property. If we are missing any remotes after your stay, we will charge you $25 for a replacement.We only provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If the starter supplies are not sufficient for your stay, please check out our guidebook for the nearest store to purchase more supplies for yourself and guests.Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am.
