This 10 bedroom, 11 remodeled bathroom home sits on 12.6 acres with 800 feet of water front. Celebrating the natural stone of both Texas and France, the exterior and interior of the home features detailed stonework custom carved onsite by a French sculptor. Grand columns with custom Corinthian capitals, traditional stone balustrades and two-story waterfall adorn the entrance. Indoors, the waterfall continues as it enhances the formal living with the same waterfall ambiance, a step over river, and special lighting for the evenings. Entry grandeur is continued inside the house with the formal sunken living area with remarkable lake views. Enjoy listening to the piano played as you are cozy by the large stone fireplace. An adjacent full service wet bar is perfectly located for service to the north-east outdoor terrace. There are many covered terraces. Ideal for relaxing evenings of dinner and indulging wine or retreating from the Texas sunlight, these terraces capture the best breezes and views, year-round. Heaters are provided in cooler weather. Back indoors a formal dining room has amble space for a large gathering with the kitchen seating adjacent. It’s a perfect place to linger over a meal with friends.Across the living room lies a study/office including a computer station and printer. The fully stocked kitchen is fit for a chef and includes a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer. The spacious island holds an extra-large sink; an additional sink, high-end appliances and a huge walk-in pantry. An open breakfast bar allows the cook to chat with family at the adjacent breakfast room. There are also several grills right outside the kitchen. Retreat in luxury to the airy master bedroom, which enjoys lake views from the private terrace and every window. In the master bath there are two vanities plus a separate makeup counter allow room to spread out. A glass wall encloses the oversized shower with 10 separate shower heads including an overhead rain can. Linger in the corner jetted tub overlooking the vista, or splash in the walk-in travertine shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa as well. In addition to the master, there are 2 other large bedrooms with private baths and balconies upstairs. Downstairs below, an additional king bedroom is closest to the main living areas.Further down the hallway, the lower level south wing accommodates four additional bedrooms, a billiards room, a full kitchen, family room with TV and exercise room. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite baths complete the second floor south wing. Over the garage, the guest house provides another two bedrooms each with two queen beds, a full bath, kitchen and living room. There is a full sleeper sofa and TV in the living room. All baths are stocked with toiletries. While the inside is stunning, this home was designed to enjoy the extraordinary scenery outdoors. With sun decks and a crow’s nest balcony from the roof there is always a place to relax and feel the breeze. The expansive manicured lawns are accented with gracious walkways and beautiful lighting leading down to the negative-edge pool and spa. With the appearance of spilling in to Lake Travis, the pool is a breathtaking finale to the grounds. There are many seating areas and umbrellas to accommodate. The newly added large spa grotto below provides another space to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is also a firepit and separate seating area with palapa to enjoy lake views. A few feet away is the entrance to the dock. There are 4 paddleboards and 4 kayaks for guest use along with plenty of lifejackets. Guest can arrange to have a boat delivered to the dock or choose to park your own. For the sports minded, in addition to our billiard and foosball tables, enjoy our 1/2 court basketball court and Ping-Pong table. Guest enjoy playing yard games on the expansive back lawn and there is ample room on our helipad to create a memorable pickleball challenge as well! We are here to accommodate you and offer concierge-like service to our guests! If you need something just ask.
